About PDFNipper

PDFNipper is a free set of browser-based PDF tools built by Herb, a software developer based in Texas. The project started from a simple frustration: every time I needed to remove a few pages from a PDF, I had to choose between paying for Adobe Acrobat, uploading my file to some random website, or wrestling with clunky workarounds that broke my formatting.

None of those options felt right — especially the "free" online tools that quietly upload your documents to their servers. When you're working with bank statements, contracts, medical records, or tax forms, handing your files to a third party shouldn't be the price of deleting a blank page.

So I built PDFNipper. The entire tool runs in your browser using JavaScript. Your PDF files are never uploaded anywhere. There's no server processing, no temporary storage, and no copy of your document sitting on someone else's computer. When you close the tab, the file is gone. You can verify this yourself by opening your browser's developer tools and watching the Network tab while you use the tool — you'll see zero file uploads.

What PDFNipper Does Today

Right now, PDFNipper's primary tool lets you remove pages from any PDF. Upload your file, click the pages you want to delete, and download the cleaned-up version. It handles scanned documents, multi-page reports, forms, and presentations. The output preserves the original quality of every remaining page, including form fields, hyperlinks, and bookmarks.

There's no signup, no account, no watermark on the output, and no file size limit beyond what your browser's memory can handle (which is typically around 100 MB on a modern computer).

What's Coming Next

I'm building additional PDF tools that work the same way — completely in your browser, completely free, completely private. The next tools on the roadmap include merging multiple PDFs into one, splitting a PDF into separate files, rotating pages, and extracting specific pages into a new document.

Each tool will follow the same philosophy: do one thing well, do it fast, do it privately, and don't ask for anything in return except maybe a bookmark.

How PDFNipper Is Supported

PDFNipper is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. There are no premium tiers, no paywalls, no "upgrade to unlock" prompts, and no email signup walls. The ads keep the lights on so the tools can stay free for everyone.
